Patrick Moreau

Philosopher, historian, political scientist, and researcher at CNRS, Patrick Moreau lives in Germany. His research focuses on the history of communism, right-wing extremism in Europe, national populist parties, and political systems in Germany, Austria, and Sweden. His recent publications include "L´autre Allemagne: Le réveil de l´extrême droite" (Vendémiaires, Paris 2017), "Erich Honecker, le grand timonier de la République démocratique allemande" (in Olivier Guez (ed.) Le siècle des dictateurs, Perrin 2019), and "Europas moderner Rechtsextremismus" (with Uwe Backes, Vandenhoeck & Ruprecht, Gräfelfing 2021).
